Terms of Service

Version 1.0 · Effective from November 5, 2026 · Wersja polska

This English text is a translation of the Polish terms (regulamin). If the two versions differ, the Polish version prevails.

1. General provisions

  1. These Terms set out the rules for using the SaaS Health Website and Dashboard and for providing services electronically within the meaning of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means.
  2. The services are provided by Grantbot.pl Sp. z o.o., registered office in Warsaw, Poland, ul. Złota 75A/7, 00-819 Warszawa, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001244303, tax ID (NIP) 5273221240. Contact: [email protected].
  3. The paid SaaS Health services are intended only for Clients carrying on a business or professional activity. The Provider does not conclude the Agreement with consumers.
  4. These Terms are available free of charge on the Website in a form that allows them to be downloaded, stored and printed.

2. Definitions

ProviderGrantbot.pl Sp. z o.o., the owner of the SaaS Health brand.
WebsiteThe saashealth.ai website, including the dashboard demo available without signing in.
DashboardThe SaaS Health application available at app.saashealth.ai after signing in.
ClientA business or other entity carrying on a business or professional activity that has concluded the Agreement with the Provider.
UserAn individual for whom an account in the Dashboard has been created at the Client’s request and who uses it on the Client’s behalf.
OrderAn offer agreed by the parties in documentary form (e.g. by email) that sets out in particular the data sources, the range of metrics, the Implementation fee, the subscription fee and the billing currency.
ImplementationPreparing the Dashboard for the Client: connecting the agreed data sources, configuring the metrics and giving Users access.
SubscriptionPaid access to the Dashboard over successive billing periods, including maintenance of the integrations and support.
AgreementThe SaaS Health services agreement, made up of the Order, these Terms and the data processing agreement. The data processing agreement calls it the main agreement.

3. Services

The Provider offers free services:

  • browsing the Website and the Dashboard demo on sample data, without creating an account; this agreement is concluded when the Website is opened and ends when it is left;
  • the contact form; this agreement is concluded when the form is sent and ends once a reply has been given.

and paid services under the Agreement:

  • Implementation of the Dashboard within the scope set out in the Order;
  • Subscription: access to the Dashboard with company metrics (including revenue, MRR, churn, CAC, break-even and AI costs), a company health audit and a recovery plan prepared with AI, maintenance of the integrations and email support.

4. Technical requirements and security

  1. To use the Website and the Dashboard you need a device with internet access, a current version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an active email address.
  2. For the Implementation the Client needs accounts in the systems it wants to connect (e.g. Stripe, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, an AI provider, the product database) and permissions that allow it to grant read-only access.
  3. Using services electronically carries the usual risks, such as malware, phishing or a compromised password. The Provider never asks for a Dashboard password or for full-permission keys by email or phone.

5. Concluding the Agreement

  1. After discussing the Client’s needs, the Provider sends an Order. The Agreement is concluded when the Client accepts the Order in documentary form or pays the first invoice or payment, whichever comes first.
  2. By accepting the Order, the Client accepts these Terms and the data processing agreement, unless the parties have signed individual documents.
  3. The person accepting the Order confirms that they are authorized to represent the Client.
  4. If the Client is an individual concluding the Agreement directly related to their business that is not of a professional nature for them, they have the rights the law gives to such business owners; nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

6. Implementation

  1. The Order sets out the scope of the Implementation and an indicative timeline. The timeline runs from the day the Client grants access to the agreed data sources.
  2. The Client cooperates on the Implementation: it grants keys or access with the narrowest permissions needed for the agreed calculations, answers questions about its revenue model and names the Users. The Client confirms that it has the right to share the data from its systems.
  3. The Implementation is complete when the Dashboard is made available with the agreed data sources. The Client may raise comments within 7 days; the Provider fixes any deviations from the Order at no extra charge.
  4. Changes to the scope after the Order is accepted, e.g. further data sources or new views, need to be agreed and may change the price.

7. Fees and payment

  1. The Order sets out the prices and currency. Prices shown on the Website are net and are indicative starting prices. VAT is added where it applies.
  2. The Implementation fee is one-off. The Subscription is paid in advance for each monthly billing period, starting on the day the Dashboard is made available, unless the Order provides otherwise.
  3. Payments are made by card or other methods through the payment provider Stripe, or by bank transfer against an invoice. The Client agrees to receive invoices electronically.
  4. If a payment fails, the Provider asks the Client to pay. If 7 days pass after that request without payment, it may suspend access to the Dashboard until payment is made, keeping the Client’s data.
  5. The Provider gives at least 30 days’ notice by email of a change to the Subscription price. A Client that does not accept the new price may terminate the Agreement before it takes effect.

8. Accounts and Users

  1. Dashboard accounts are created by invitation only, at the Client’s request, and are assigned to its organization. Users sign in with a password or a Google account.
  2. The Client is responsible for its Users’ actions, for keeping the list of people with access up to date and for keeping sign-in details confidential. The Client informs the Provider without delay if it suspects unauthorized access.

9. Acceptable use

The Client and Users must not:

  • provide unlawful content or use the services in a way that breaks the law or accepted standards;
  • circumvent security, access other organizations’ data or disrupt the Website or the Dashboard;
  • give access to the Dashboard to people outside the Client’s organization, resell it or use it to build a competing service;
  • connect systems containing special categories of data without prior written agreement.

10. Client data and AI results

  1. Data from the Client’s systems remains the Client’s. The Provider processes it only to provide the services and does not use it to train AI models or for benchmarks shared with other clients. The data processing agreement sets out how personal data is processed on the Client’s behalf.
  2. The metrics depend on the completeness and accuracy of the data in the Client’s sources. The health audit and the recovery plan are prepared with an AI model and may contain errors.
  3. Results in the Dashboard are for information only and are not financial, tax, legal or investment advice. The Client makes any decisions based on them on its own, after its own review.

11. Availability and third-party services

  1. The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the Dashboard running without interruption but does not guarantee a specific availability level unless the Order provides otherwise. It announces planned maintenance in advance where possible.
  2. The Dashboard retrieves data through the APIs of third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, Google, Meta, Anthropic). Outages, limits or changes on their side are not a failure by the Provider to perform the Agreement; the Provider adapts the integrations within a reasonable time.

12. Intellectual property

The Website, the Dashboard, their software and design belong to the Provider. For the term of the Agreement the Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Dashboard for its own business. The Client may freely use reports and summaries downloaded from the Dashboard within its own company.

13. Liability

  1. The Provider’s liability to the Client under the Agreement is limited to actual loss and to the total fees the Client paid in the 12 months before the event that caused it. The Provider is not liable for lost profits.
  2. The Provider is not liable for the Client’s business decisions based on results in the Dashboard, or for third-party sources being unavailable or returning incorrect data.
  3. These limits do not apply to damage caused intentionally or where the law does not allow liability to be limited.

14. Complaints

Complaints about the services can be sent to [email protected]. A complaint should include the Client’s name, a description of the problem and, if possible, when it occurred. The Provider replies by email within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

15. Term and termination

  1. The Agreement is concluded for an indefinite term unless the Order provides otherwise.
  2. The Client may cancel the Subscription at any time, by email or in the Stripe customer portal, with effect from the end of the paid billing period. Fees for a started period and for a completed Implementation are not refunded.
  3. The Provider may terminate the Agreement on 30 days’ notice, refunding the fee for the unused part of the paid period.
  4. Either party may terminate the Agreement with immediate effect if the other party materially breaches it and does not remedy the breach within 14 days of being asked to, in particular if the Client is more than 30 days late with a payment or breaches section 9.
  5. When the Agreement ends, the Provider provides an export or deletes the Client’s data as set out in the data processing agreement (within 30 days if there are no instructions). The Client should revoke the access keys in its own systems.

16. Confidentiality

The parties keep confidential any non-public information about the other party obtained in connection with the Agreement, including the Client’s financial data, also after it ends. This does not apply to information the law requires to be disclosed.

17. Personal data

Grantbot.pl Sp. z o.o. processes the data of Users, people who contact it through the Website and billing data as a controller, as described in the Privacy policy. It processes personal data retrieved from the Client’s systems on the Client’s behalf under the data processing agreement.

18. Changes to these Terms

The Provider may change these Terms for valid reasons, such as a change in the law, a change in the scope or method of providing the services, or security. It informs Clients by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. A Client that does not accept the changes may terminate the Agreement before that date.

19. Final provisions

  1. In case of conflict, the Order prevails, and on personal data protection matters, the data processing agreement. These Terms apply to everything else.
  2. The Agreement and these Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are settled by the court with jurisdiction over the Provider’s registered office, subject to section 5.4.
  3. If any provision proves invalid, the others remain in force.
